This course is available for early bookers at R1 650, until 18 June 2023, then available at full price of R1 950 (bookings close on 28 June 2023 at 00:00).

Do you want to move away from the Eskom network? Not sure what information to trust? Thinking of having a solar power system installed or even doing it yourself?

This very short and comprehensive solar photovoltaic design and installation course has been created to address the need for people, organizations or small businesses who need basic information on sizing, assessing and installing solar power systems. Where possible, the course usually contains practical elements eg, testing voltage and short-circuit current of solar panels, conducting experiments with shading and partial shading on panels.

This is the first leg of a twin course. The second leg is a separate course that deals specifically with batteries and which will soon also be offered together with KragDag.

If you thought solar installations were above your fire pit, this PV Express one day course from PQRS will surprise you and equip you with all the knowledge to do your own solar installation. It also helps you make the right purchasing choices when purchasing solar power system components.

This course is ideal for DIY enthusiasts, people with little or no electrical knowledge, as well as electricians and other tradesmen.

Included is a presentation manual.
